Angel Bleu. He ran very well at Glorious Goodwood, finishing a running on 5th in the Sussex Stakes. Unfortunately he sustained an injury to his fetlock, that needs surgery. This means that he is not going to run again in 2022. However the injury is pretty minor and he should be back for next year.

The rest of the meeting went pretty well, and on another day we might have had a couple more winners. However State Occasion came through her examination in the 10f Fillies Handicap to win snugly. She is likely to go to York next. 

Kinross was only just denied in the Group 2 Lennox Stakes, whilst Lord Protector, Jimi Hendrix and Vee Sight all suffered from wide draws. They'll all have other days.
